Gavin has focused his 15-year career as a Designated Paralegal at the Supreme Court and Provincial Court levels in the areas of family law, civil litigation, and personal injury plaintiff defence, after dedicating over 10 years to the information management industry. Gavin is also a family mediator. As a paralegal, his duties include preparing court pleadings, lists of documents, affidavits, financial statements, and correspondence. Gavin achieved a General Studies Degree at Simon Fraser University, Family Law Designation with CLEBC, a Legal Administration Certificate at Vancouver Community College and Family Mediation Certification with the Justice Institute of BC.
